The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has had a long standing policy to neither support nor oppose any local, state or federal candidates for office.

On occasion, the Chamber does support or oppose local, state or national ballot issues, especially if it impacts business.

Endorsements by State & National Organizations
Every Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce member is automatically a member of the Kansas Chamber of Commerce and the United States Chamber of Commerce. Both of these entities endorse and oppose candidates. Our Chamber is not bound in any way by the separate actions that these organizations may take.
